"A key shuttle "high-precision rotary encoders

Powtech inverters are using a more ergonomic keyboard------4.3 inches standard size and can be operated wih one hand; 10000 times mechanical stretch feedback buttons and specially designed anti-slick bump high precision rotary encoder(control precision is 0.01Hz); Support keyboard hot-pluggable and allow users to remove and replace the keyboard without shutting down the system or cutting off the power; can store/copy 4 groups of operating parameter programs, parameters unload, download and there are progress indicator for copy. And can select to prohibit to upload the parameter which has been unloaded in case of coverage.

 

English menu display

The Powtech inverter is equipped with OLED operating keyboard display menu and there are two default languages: Simplified Chinese and English. The users can set the display language freely according to the usage habits; According to customer needs , it also support the extension and display of multiple languages. Set P03.11 to 1 and then press "data confirm key"  to start motor parameter learning,the LED show "-TUN-" and flashing, and then press the "Run" key to self-learning; when it displays "TUNE0" and "TUNE1", the motor starts to run and the "RUN/TUNE" lights flash. When the parameters self-learning is completed, it displays "-END-" and finally back to the stop state display interface. When the "-TUN-" flashes, it can be  set "Parameter setting in/out button" to exit the parameter self-learning. During the process of parameter self-learning, you can press the "stop/reset" butoon to stop parameter self-learning

Terminal wiring meets the usage habits

The input and output terminals of  POWTECH inverter use high quality copper core cable or copper bars(terminals left into the right below 37KW and up into  down above 45KW make it easy to wire and is reasonable layout, complying with the conditions requirements and site work habits.

Powerful protection function

The Powtech inverter are using multiple protection mechanism design with excellent phase-to-phase short circuit protection, short-circuit protection function, short circuit protection, input and output phase loss protection function. Three thickened anti-corrosion coating

Powtech inverter adopts three anti-corrosion material such as acrylic, organic silicone, polyurethane for coating treatment which is solidified to form a layer of transparent protection flim about 25-50 microns thick(moisture, salt fog resistance mildew) .It has superior  properties such as insulation, moistureproof, prevent leakage, shockproof, dustproof, corrosion resistance, salt fog resistance, mildew resistance, anti-aging, corona resistant.It can prevent circuit board from chemical substances(for example: fuel, coolant etc.), shock, moisture, salt spray, humidity and temperatures ,so that it can improve the reliability,increase the safety coefficient and guarantee the service life of the inverter.

The core algorithm of Powtech inverter adopts mature and stable technology of motor control and  switching power device based on the European technology with independent intellectual property rights through the optimization of processing software for low frequency and high frequency to control the power factor and reduce the impact of controllable device(on/off power consumption),so that it can get a good sine waveform.
